Once upon a time one russian fraud businessman Igor Grechushin decided to make up some easy coming money by pushing off almost three thousand tons of ammonium nitrate to an African republic.
Of couse, by the traditions of doing business in russian fashion, that cargo was to be delivered "for free" - i.e. as freer as possible to be more exact. A ship - so cheap that almost dead - was found, a crew of amateurs was gathered, and they set off to line up the seas with all that ammonium nitrate on board.
Unluckily for the Lebanese that rusty trough needed a repair on her way to that African republic and went into the Beirut port where was arrested for all imaginable and unimaginable violations of international rules, laws and regulations.
That businessman Igor Grechushin, surely - no surprise here, since any russian businessmen can't care less for any international laws - dropped the ship, dropped the crew to extricate themselves as they would, and vaporized out.
Now that confiscated cargo of ammonium nitrate blasted in the Beirut sea port destroying half the city.
Conclusions? Never do any business with the russians. If you do - you'll be burdened by unbearable expenses sooner of later. Though - most probably, - very sooner than later.
In every office of any international company of the world there must be a slogan on the wall: "Say NO to russian business! Save your parents, your children, your greand children and their children and their grand children - just say NO to russian business!".
